Come and be Our Guest. That is what we told out neighbors when we planed a small gathering to watch the original 1991 Beauty and The Beast Disney movie. We just wanted to get everyone in the mood to get their tickets and go see the new live action movie or to talk about it they had seen it already.

Being a working mom means that I do not have extra time to always bake from scratch. Although I love baking, this time around I needed to save some time and I made the cupcakes with one of those cake mixes that you can buy at the store. I do not feel guilty. Sometimes you have to figure out a way to deliver even if it means taking a shortcut.

The important thing was having the decorations and the cupcakes ready on time and we did. Making the cupcakes was super easy. Less than 30 minutes total. I was even able to order all the supplies from Amazon.com and saved even the trip to the store. Score!

Making the cupcakes was super easy

Preheat oven.
Open the cake mix and follow the instructions to prepare the mix.
Place cupcake wrappers on cupcake/muffin pan
Bake the cupcakes for 15-17 min (as indicated on the cake mix box)
Once the cupcakes are ready let them cool and cover them with frosting. Attach one of the tips that come witht he frosting so you can decorate the cupcake.
Once the cupcakes are covered with frosting, add the red rose to the top of the cake
