Beat Bugs: Netflix new show inspired by The Beatles music

As a good Latina music has been part of son's life since I was pregnant. I listen to music while cooking and cleaning and I sang to my son since before he was born. I believe you can develop a kids artistic skills through music.

I am so happy to hear about the new Netflix series Beat Bugs. Beat Bugs is an American computer-animated comedy web television series, revolving around the lives and adventures of five charming and funny child-like bugs who live in an overgrown American-style backyard.

It is the perfect way to introduce little ones to music. It is a show parents will appreciate because it has singing but instead of obnoxious songs, it has The Beatles music on it. And who does not like The Beatles? Exactly, we all love the music and the songs on the show are super catchy.

​Some of our favorite songs will be part of the show:  Help!, Come Together, All You Need Is Love, Yellow Submarine, Lucy In the Sky with Diamonds, Magical Mystery Tour and so many more.  

Soon you will be singing those old songs with your little one. My son that is not that little actually said he loved the music, but he does recommend the show for kids 1 to 7. I recommend the show even for adults because is funny and well produced.

We were invited to the promotional event in Los Angeles where we learned that Josh Wakely had a fascination for The Beatles that inspired the creation of the series.

The show does not feature the original Beatles recordings. In the series the songs are performed by either the young insects or guest voices such as Pink or Sia.

Be prepared to be singing and dancing while watching the show and do not be surprised if you are still watching when the kids leave the room, because well you know that with good music there is a huge chance of that happening!
