Avocado Dressing Recipe

Avocados are good for you. They have good cholesterol and healthy fats. Back home in Colombia our avocados are green and big, and off course not as expensive and in the US.

One of the issues about avocados is that they go bad so quickly. But I still want to enjoy the taste of the avocado in my meals. One of the easy ways to be able to enjoy my avocados for longer time is with an avocado dressing. But sore bought dressings have lots of preservatives and ingredients I can barely pronounce. We have decided to start making our own and after a few try an errors we found a recipe that we like and now we want to share it with you.

Here it is a easy to prepare and very delicious recipe for a dressing that everyone loves here at home. You can use this dressing with salads but we also add it to burritos and tacos.
