I recommend to start the process of the cupcake toppers at least a week before your event. You can always save the toppers on a cool place and cover them with a bag to avoid them from getting hard. The first step is to work with the fondant. I got white and red fondant. Roll the white fondant and cut it with a cookie cutter on an oval shape.
