We hosted a Big Hero 6 party to celebrate my son's birthday party and show our Disney Side. I got a few emails to ask me about the cupcakes so I have decided to show you step by step how to make the Baymax cupcake toppers.
I recommend to start the process of the cupcake toppers at least a week before your event. You can always save the toppers on a cool place and cover them with a bag to avoid them from getting hard.
The first step is to work with the fondant. I got white and red fondant. Roll the white fondant and cut it with a cookie cutter on an oval shape.
If you are my reader you know that I try to keep my Colombian culture alive at thome. You also know I speak Spanish to my son and that he is on a dual immersion program so he can practice his Spanish. I believe in the power of being bilingual and education.
So when I heard that a Colombian artist was working with a toy company to bring cute toys that help with education, music and learn Spanish I was very excited. Then I learned that it was Shakira and I was very impressed.
But let's hear from Shakira herself on why she wanted to work with Fisher-Price:
Spring is almost here. Time for spring cleaning and also time for use your tax return and other savings to buy new cute things for the house, cute new clothes, buy, buy and buy.
Let's be honest, each year we want to buy some many new things and we spend all this money and hardly find coupons or saving. It is time to stop the madness and learn to shop smart.
For example, did you know that right now when you buy two $50 Visa Gift Cards in-store at Office Max you will receive a $10 instant rebate. But you have to hurry. This offer is only available until March 7th.

About the Boysenberry Festival
This spring, celebrate Knott’s delicious roots during its Boysenberry Festival harvested in the theme park’s historic Ghost Town. The 16-day festival returns with an unforgettable lineup of exquisite Boysenberry Bites, dazzling entertainment, gourmet food and the Wine and Craft Brew Tasting Garden, plus the limited time return of the classic Bear-y Tales characters in a pie making kitchen, and more! In the 1930s Walter Knott harvested the boysenberry, a cross between a loganberry, red raspberry and blackberry, and named the new berry after its originator Rudolph Boysen. Today, all boysenberries in the world can trace their roots back to Knott’s Berry Farm. The Park will once again make delicious history with the debut of its very own farm-made Berry Market™ Boysenberry BBQ Sauce during the widely acclaimed Boysenberry Festival. During the food fest, the tangy, finger lickin’ good sauce will add the perfect flavor to ribs, BBQ chicken, chicken wings, and more
