Aladdin World Premiere

A couple of weeks ago I received a wonderful email with the invite for the Aladdin World Premiere. I was ecstatic. Aladdin was one of my favorite movies as a child and I have been wanting to see what direction Disney was taking with the live-action version. I was also super happy because the premiere was the day of my birthday, which means I was going to celebrate my birthday at the world premiere. It was a dream come true

Thank you Disney for inviting us to the Aladdin World Premiere

​​I decided to take my husband and son with me to see the film and celebrate my birthday at the same time. Now it was time for plan for a dress. What does a girl wear to the Aladdin World Premiere? I knew I wanted something on teal or turquoise to align with princess Jasmine dress colors. I started looking online and found the perfect dress. What do you think?

​The event started with the opportunity to walk the purple carpet and take some wonderful pictures at a huge magic carpet with the words Aladdin World Premiere. How cool was that? 

Then we entered the iconic El Capital Theater to watch the movie as we snacked on some popcorn. I will tell you more about the movie this Friday, so make sure to stop by and read our spoiler free review.

​After the movie we headed to the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel for the After Party. The lobby of the The Hollywood Roosevelt was  transformed into an Aladdin theme, they had some of the movie costumes  on display. They had delicious food, drinks, music, a magic carpet to take pictures and off course the cast from the movie and other Hollywood stars were also there.

​I had the most wonderful time celebrating with a great movie and amazing friends. Disney’s Aladdin is in theaters this Friday, May 24th
