I grew up eating tamarindo, a sour fruit that tastes great on sweets. However it was not until I moved to California that I realized the awesome possibilities and uses of tamarindo.
One of the best things I have learned to prepare is Agua de Tamarindo. It is super easy to prepare and it is very refreshing and goes well with a lot of foods (not only with Mexican food).
