A great way to stay connected and save money for the holidays: Walmart Family Mobile Plans.

It is hard to believe that the holidays are almost here. We are barely celebrating Halloween and then is like boom, bam, boom: Christmas. I do not know about you but I am not ready. Too much planning, too many things happening and no money.

Family will be visiting us from other states and most than likely from Colombia. Our lives are busy and we need to stay connected. But how? Last time they were here we gave them one of our phones so we can talk to them, but that left us without a phone. It is expensive to add a line and do not even get me talking about those 2 years contracts. Seriously, 2 years? But now, with the new service at Walmart I can just get a phone with no contracts with unlimited text and data. That is just phenomenal.

Not only it is easy but it is cheaper. We were paying around $160 a month for phones with another carrier but we did not have unlimited data. Now we will be paying $120 for 3 lines which means that we will save around 40 dollars per month. That is according to my son a Lego Set for his Christmas presents.

The Walmart Family Mobile is amazing. You can choose from 2 plans: unlimited calls and text for $29.88 and unlimited calls, text and data for $39.88. Also, if you are looking for no-contract unlimited plans the Walmart Family Mobile plans are for you.

So with family visiting I want to have a simple phone my parents are able to use (and then I can give to my son). So I went to Walmart and I bought the T-Mobile Concord smart phone.

I bought a great phone, have unlimited calls, text and data for an affordable price and can add more lines for the rest of the family. And when you add lines, they cost less. The Walmart Family Mobile also has "extras" that include international calls and ring tones. I am sure my family from Colombia is going to appreciate being able to call when their are visiting and stay in touch with the rest of the family during the holidays
