 Last week I joined @muylatinas, @monicazyoung, @coolchillmom, @ahorradolares, @colombianaenca
and @comiendoenla for a very fun twitter party on behalf on Sprint to celebrate the Premios Billboard de la Música Latina. Sprint was the exclusive wireless sponsor and during the red carpet event and the show, we could see how technology was used. Selfies at red carpet using the new Samsung Galaxy 5S and the winners being delivered in digital envelop using the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3. What was my favorite part?
I cannot wait to next year for the next Premios Billboard de la Música Latina and I cannot wait for the next twitter party. I am looking forward to learn more about all of you! This is a sponsored post. I am being compensated as part as the #SeHablaMusica campaign, however all opinions expressed are my own. I do not know about you, but I get bore with music really quick. I am always looking for new artists and music to listen to. Listening to radio stations is cool, but they usually tend to play over and over the same music. So how can you find new music and artists? The best way is to use some apps that will help you find what you are looking for. Let me telling you about some of them 1. Pandora: probably the most popular application, almost everyone knows about it. It is like a radio station that plays only the type of music you like. You have to get creative to find new music here. 2. Shazam: The cool thing about this application is that let you learn about the artist and more. 3. The Hype Machine: it is an application that looks in blogs and sites for new music. 4. StumbleAudio: it is like stumbleuppon but for music. 5. Besides applications I also read the news to look who the opening shows for known artists. The opening shows are usually new artists and the music will be soon famous as they are opening for an already famous person. Content and/or other value provided by our partner, Target. Giveaway Now the cool part. I am going to be giving away a $25.00 Target Gift Card to one of my awesome readers. It is really simple. All you have to do it tell me what your favorite new artist is and why. This is a sponsored post. I am being compensated as part as the #SeHablaMusica campaign, however all opinions expressed are my own. Giveaway only valid on the US for those older than 18 years old. Only one winner per household. My Life is a Journey is not responsible for the prize fulfillment. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of prize. Giveaway ends on May 31st 2013 at 11;59 pm PST.
