It is funny how kids of all ages enjoy Disney and movies. When I got a copy of the Mickey Clubhouse Around the ClubHouse Wold DVD to review I was not expecting my 9 year old to be into the DVD, but to my surprise he wanted to play the DVD right away and he enjoyed the movie a lot, and I did too (insert surprised face here).

I had some bananas that were turning brown. I knew no one at the house were going to eat them. I need to make a recipe that was good, easy to make and did not require a lot if ingredients. It was an easy pick, Banana Nutella bread. I have to warn you, while you bake your house is going to smell so good you are going to be hungry. 

Ingredients

• 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 3)
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup of sour cream
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• ½  teaspoon  baking powder
• ½  teaspoon baking soda
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 7 tablespoons of  Nutella

Preparation

• Combine bananas, brown sugar, sour cream, butter and eggs  in a large bowl; mix with an electric mixer until well blended. 
• Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; Add flour mixture to banana mixture, stirring until blended. Add the Nutella to the mixture.
• Bake at 350º for 1 hour (until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean).  Cool  for 10 minutes and then remove from pan, and cool completely.

It is getting warm and time is just perfect for swimming. My birthday is coming up and I want a fun way to celebrate without spending a lot of money and a place that is family friendly too.
