It was 1991, I was still living in Colombia and enjoying going to the movies with my friends. The memories that are saved on my heart forever come to live when I remember watching The Beauty and the Beast cartoon version on the big screen. Some of the friends I watched the movie with are not with us anymore and after The Lion King this is my favorite Disney movie.
Children's Day celebrates and promotes the rights of children and their general welfare. It has been a tradition for me since I grew up in Colombia to celebrate this day. A tradition that I have passed to my son and now he looks forward to the celebration.

Do you ever have guest that did not RSVP for your party? It happens to me all the time. I buy gifts for the souvenirs or prices and all off a sudden I have more people to have to go bags, prizes or gifts. Having gift cards available at the house for those moments have saved my life more than one time.
Come and be Our Guest. That is what we told out neighbors when we planed a small gathering to watch the original 1991 Beauty and The Beast Disney movie. We just wanted to get everyone in the mood to get their tickets and go see the new live action movie or to talk about it they had seen it already.
