The classic tale of “Beauty and the Beast” – and its empowering message that true beauty comes from within – dates back to 18th century France and the first published version of the fairy tale, “La Belle et la Bête,” by Gabrielle-Suzanne Barbot de Villeneuve. Today, this message could not be more important and this movie could not be released on a better time.
I am always happy when I get and email inviting me to cover a movie junket but getting the email about the press interviews for The Beauty And The Beast was one of those emails that made me jump and and down with happiness. I loved the animated movie and I am super excited about this version.
