Baked Breaded Chicken
6 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
1 minced garlic clove
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup of Honeycomb® smashed into crumbs
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease baking dish.
Mix the olive oil and garlic.
In a separate bowl, mix the Honeycomb® crumbs, Parmesan cheese and pepper.
Dip each chicken breast in the oil mixture, then in the Honeycomb® crumb mixture.
Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish, and top with any remaining Honeycomb® crumb mixture.
Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven
