Mamavation Monday 11/05/12

Last week was exciting for my son and I. I have been spending a lot of time with him and doing really cool staff now that my blog is growing.

I have to say thank you to Leah and the Mamavation community I had decided to start to blog initially. I had to update all of you with my weight staff, so I created a blog. I would had never imagine that I was going to have a bunch of twitter followers, a facebook fan page and thousands of visits to my blog.

Just one of the other advantages of belonging to a great community. Besides the motivation and encouragement to live a healthy life, we also support each other not only on the virtual world of blogging, but even with advice on our lives.

This week I feel refreshed. I had been down and not very happy for a while, but I have decided that this week post is more about being happy for having the Mamavation sistas in my life and being able to have a group that supports me.

With Thanksgiving coming up, I have one more reason to be grateful is to be part of a great group and to know that you girls will support me and have my back.


As for my goals, I have been doing the 2weekchallenge and walking everyday. I have been drinking water and trying to eat healthier. So I think I am going on the right track.
