Well, first I have to brag with all of you… I got to hug and spend time with Leah twice this week. Not only once but twice, that is just so awesome. (We went to The Talk and then she attended the Latino Lifestyle Blogger Conference)

This week was much better. I am still trying to catch up from cleaning, work and family stuff, but I am getting there and I am finding the time to work-out and I am also finding it easier to eat the way I was eating before.

I have yet to stop drink diet soda. I have days I do not drink any and if I do drink I do not even finish the can or bottle. So I am going to count that as a victory.

I did not see changes on the scale. But the clothes fit me loose. That is why we have to remind ourselves over and over again that that number does not define us and that little goals are better.

What do I have to work on for this week? Keep being active; continue eating healthy and I want to find a good printable for family menu planning. (So if you have one please let me know). It is time to get the family meals organized as well.

I LOVED seeing you on the Talk and being able to say, "I know who that is!!" :) I'm sure you all had a great time. I don't really have a printable - I just write it on our nifty chalkboard at the back door!

Soda is a tough habit to kick! Hubs & I gave it up for lent and that was rough! Now I try to limit myself to only weekends... During the week it's water & 1 cup of coffee per day max!

Good luck this week!!

I don't need to tell you how diet soda is bad! But I promise, if you give it up cold turkey for a while, and then start drinking stuff that's good for you - like water infused with your favorite fruits, or healthy drinks, you will never want to go back. Soda will taste like a chemical made in a factory. Good luck!!

Well what a lucky lady you are! Hanging with her is a hoot. Good luck with the soda battle. That is a hard one to kick. Progress baby, progress!

Great job!! So jealous you went to the talk :). Good luck on your pop issue, I know it is hard but you can do it. It was one of the hardest things for me too do but we dont keep pop in the house and only drink water and that helps me a lot. Dont get me wrong we have pop if we go out but other then that NEVER! Your goals look good. Keep up the great work!

Great goals to work on! And you're doing great on giving up the diet soda. I know it was hard when I started, now I have one a week, if any.
