Well, I guess I needed to do this long time ago, but as you all know it is easier to hide and try to do things alone.
I have been doing the awesome #2weekchallenges with @mrbookieboo, but those are not enough I have realized that I do need to feedback and that the sistahood would love me even if I gain weight or I do not exercise. But I need more than that. I need more than the love I need the support, good words, bad words or anything you can give me to motivate me to get back on track.

So here I am, back in the post, maybe not as active on twitter just because I have a harder time to do it (you know work is kinds important to pay for the bills...)

So I have started a new nutrition plan. Is not really atkins, but I am just not eating a lot of carbs. I had the worst cravings first but I am getting used to it. I just know that if I eat one slice of bread, I will go for that second one, so  I am not having the first one to avoid temptation. At least until I learn to deal with my emotional eating a little bit better.

I will try to give comment love as much as my schedule allow me, so be patient.

I hear ya. I've been so busy lately that i feel so out of the loop with mamavation, facebook and twitter. I feel so lost and so aggrivated at the same time. Though my job is important to pay the bills so I will just have to deal and i hope everyone understands. Hope u have a great week

Welcome back. I am only a newbie to the sistahood of about 3 weeks now. I look forward to getting to know you better. Losing weight is a difficult process, and for me it is even more difficult for some reason. That is why I joined Mamavation. I knew that I needed some additional support other than my family. I completely rely on the support of the sisterhood to keep from heading the wrong direction. Weight loss & healthy eating habits take a lot of work, control, dedication, commitment...all things that aren't easy alone.
I journal my feelings about my food so I can look back and direct my habits...sometimes I have a lot of anger about the proper washing of celery, lol, but now I know :)

I agree with Lena, "do what you think is important..."
I check in on the forums every other day or so, and and I'm spotty on twitter. I'm pretty much on Facebook several times a day, but I just can't keep up with everything. But that's ok – it's all about finding your support where you need it.
