We are a geek family and we love Star Wars. We are so excited about the new movie coming out on December 18th. We got tickets for opening night and we are starting collecting all things related to the film.

Wow, it has been a few months since we posted our last #CoolJourney post. We have been busy and we fell off the wagon, however we are happy to report that we are back, we are eating healthier and exercising again.

We are super excited about Alvin the musical coming to SoCal on December 1st. We have enjoyed all the movies and will be ready for laughs and dance at the live show. We cannot wait for the movie to be out on Dec 18th. The holidays will not be boring with all these cool movies and shows to attend, that is a plus.

We recently lost our beloved German Shepherd Da Vinci. And although getting a new pet was not a way to replace him, we were lucky enough to find another amazing Shepherd to rescue. We love dogs and we think that adopting and rescuing them from the shelter is the way to go.

We have decided that our Christmas tree needs a makeover. I used to have a beautiful Christmas tree. Then I had my son and dogs and some of my ornaments broke. We have been decorating our Christmas tree with toys and it is time to upgrade.

I will still have a kid friendly tree. However this time around we will be making ourselves some of the ornaments. Since the Peanuts movie just came out and we are super excited about going to Knott's Merry Farm, we decided to start with the Snoopy Ornaments. They are cute and very easy to make.
