It is cheese, it is a cracker, it is delicious: Kitchen Table Bakers Review

When I attended Expo West a couple of months ago I found so many brands that had quality products, so when I received a care package from Kitchen Table Bakers to review I was very happy. So what is so good about their crackers? Maybe the fact that they look like crackers, taste like gourmet crackers, but are made out of cheese.

Let me fist tell you this are gourmet crackers. This are crisps that you want to take out for those special celebrations where you are going to be enjoying the wine and some maybe some dried fruits. They will be good with a great artichoke dip. They will go well with soups and salads.

These crisps  are made of 100% Aged Parmesan and they are naturally gluten, wheat and sugar-free.  They come in 11 flavors: Caraway, Rosemary, Jalapeno, Aged Parmesan, Basil Pesto, Chia Seed, Italian Herb, Everything, Garlic, Flax Seed and Sesame.

They are rich in calcium and protein while low in carbs and calories.

My son that is not a picky eater did not really care for them that much, so I would say this are more a grown-up type of cracker that I would use for parties. My husband liked them and I really loved them, because, well, you know I love everything cheese.

Pro-Compression socks #giveaway #keepittight

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

I love pro-compression socks, they are great during exercise and they are awesome during the recovery time. They help with circulation and help reduce the accumulation of lactic acid which help to recover faster and with less fatigue and less soreness.

Pro-compression socks are also made of a very soft and not tick material, which I love because I do not get blisters any more.
Pro-compression offers a great variety of colors and designs. If you ask me I love the pink and purple ones, but all of them are cute and the most important thing is that they actually work.
If you ask me for what is the con of pro-compression, I would have to say that I broke a nail putting them on. But that is because in order to do their job they have to be thigh. I learned that I need to roll them and them pull them, and I cannot put them on as I usually would put any other socks on.

The benefits are so many, but my top ones are no more blisters and my calves are not sore after a run.
I have a giveaway for a lucky My Life is a Journey reader. Enter following the rafflecopter below. And in case you want to buy a pair, I also have a 40% discount coupon. Use code COMP40  at checkout. (good on all marathon socks and sleeves)

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

How To Train Your Dragon 2 in theaters today #HTTYD2

It is a trilogy, and sometimes the second movie is not as good as the first one. This is not the case this time. The Director and writer Dean DeBlois is surprising us with a very well written sequel this time. The story happens 5 years after the first one, Hiccups is a a young adult and it is now time for him to become a chief. He is not really sure about it as he is more interested on exploring and finding new lands. However he encounters some dragon trappers and the story unfolds from there.

I am not going to give you any spoilers, but I recommend you head to the movies and watch this film. My son says that he is sure the movie is going to be winning some awards for special effects and I can of agree with him. The new technology used during the production of the film, gives a new "reality" feeling to an animated film.

The movie is fun, entertaining and has a great message at the end. It opens today at theaters, so take advantage of summer break and go see it with all the family, because it is not only a film for kids, I assure you will enjoy it as well.
When Hiccup and Toothless discover an ice cave that is home to hundreds of new wild dragons and the mysterious Dragon Rider, the two friends find themselves at the center of a battle to protect the peace.
