I received complementary products to facilitate this review, however all opinions expressed are my own I heard about My Fit Foods from a friend and I was very interested on trying meals that will help you with your weight loss goals with fresh, never frozen, already prepared meals. It is like dinning out, you only need a microwave, no food preparation included. The idea of My Fit Foods came from Mario Mendias, a former Marine and personal trainer. He started My Fit Foods in Houston. He believes that 80% of health and fitness results are created on the kitchen. The fuel that you put on your body. To solve this problem Mendias began making meals in his apartment and selling the foods to his clients and that is how My Fit Foods was born.
