I need to try to find a balance so I still can walk, exercise, rest, have fun, network. I guess 24h in a day are not enough for it.
So what is the plan? Try to watch what I eat, going for walks at the beach and use the resort gym and drink plenty of water.
I am also going to relax. I will remind myself the scale does not define me. I need to enjoy. I will control my portions and dance my way into the party (hey, that is exercise...)
