It is hard to believe that another months is over. It was just three months ago that I started to change my life and become healthier.
Now 35 pounds lighter counting, I can tell you I feel so good. Not only I look better, but my energy level is higher too. It is great to be outdoors with my son and be able to run, walk and keep up with him. What I consider my biggest challenge right now? Keeping my muscles confused so I can lose more weight. I have been doing elliptical and walking. Trying not to do the same everyday. I feel that I the next day I am not sore, it probably was not good. I can feel that I am used to walk now, so I have to try other things. This week it is going to be zumba on the xbox and a yoga DVD. How do you shake up your workouts? That 35 lb weight loss is awesome. I like to mix up my workouts with ZUMBA, Pilates, Yoga and Running. I am also hitting the weights more.

I try to do a variety of workouts to keep it guessing on what I'm doing next. Congrats on the weight loss!! That is awesome!!

35 lbs in 3 months is AMAZING! Way to go!! I think switching things up is key. I used to just run, and it was great except when I would just stop running b/c it got hot outside (mind you I live in FL, it gets hot a LOT). I've now added home strength training, fitness DVDs, and boot camp on the beach, plus I joined a running group to keep me accountable.
