Now the experts, newspapers, tv and even other bloggers are saying how bad diet soda is for you. So in an attempt to be healthier I decided to stop drinking diet soda and changing for water.
The journey has been difficult. At the beginning I thought it was the lack of caffeine but now I think it is the soda the one I miss. I have reduced the amount to only one a day, but I feel I need it. It is my vice.
There should be a Diet Coke Anonymous society or support group out there, because ditching diet soda is not as easy as it looks, and I hope I can o
