We are finally getting better. All of us are still sick but recovering.
Last week I got to go to the Zoo for my son school filed trip. It was interesting having 6 kids under my care at he zoo. But it was great to be outside and have my step count increase.
I just think I have to find a walk parter. I enjoy more walking when I am with others (even when it was with kids. LOL)
I have slow down on my diet soda drinking and I am drinking more water. I am using crystal light or others flavors for my water, but at least is water.
My son and hubby leaves this week to visit my father in law, and I will be by myself for 3 weeks. I hope that I can stick to my plan while they are away.
One of my plans while they are away is to clean and organize the house and also clean up our pantry. Hubby tends to buy junk so I want to have great food when they get back.
If you want to suggest ideas if healthy snack I am ready for suggestions.
