- 4 Chicken Breast cooked and shredded
- 1/2 of white beans (cooked)
- 1 cup of organic mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
- 2 stalks of celery chopped
- 1 avocado-cubed
- 1/2 cucumber-peeled and sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Romaine lettuce
- Combine shredded chicken, white beans, dried cranberries and celery.
- Add mayonnaise to the dry mixture and combine until mixture is creamy.
- Spread chicken salad onto romaine lettuce to make wraps.
- Serve with avocado and cucumbers.
