Well, life has been so busy and difficult lately. Lots of things happening and maybe not the right things to share with a lot of people until things are resolved.
I missed my post for that same reason last week and I will be just kind of stopping by to say hello this week. Not only all the things going on right now, but the internet at the house has been in and out (more out...) so it has been difficult to be online. The phone is ok but it is not the same to visit site and leave comments, etc.
I have been trying to eat healthy and keep active. I hope things take a turn for the best and I can go back to a normal life... (is there is such a thing...LOL)
Leaving next Sunday on my vacation with my son to Hawaii, I really need it.

Ok so this week and I late posting and I have a very short post. My apologies.
My family is back and with my son the germs are back. He is sick and now I am not feeling that well.
I was able to finish the #2weekchallenge and I am glad I did
Now it is time to reorganize my life and schedule. Do not have as much time on the computer as I had before to post, and it is really hard doing it from my phone. I guess I have to figure out how to schedule all things going on. Creating other posts is easy because I can write them in advance and then post, but with this, i have to tell you about my actual events, so it makes it difficult, but I will figure it out. (it is hard when I am at work 8 hours too)
I will continue walking and drinking my water...

Paletas de Fresa
Strawberry popsicles
Pour the strawberries and milk into a food processor or blender. Add plain unsweetened yogurt and mix until it is a creamy pink color. Then add honey, and blend again.
Pour into molds and freeze. I storage them individually in Ziploc bags, so my son can enjoy them later.
This recipe can be used with any soft summer fruit
VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOL
Paletas de Fresa
Ponga las fresas con la leche en el procesador de alimentos o licuadora. Agregue yogurt sin sabor y continúe mezclando hasta que se forme una crema de color rosado. Agregue miel al gusto y vuelva a licuar.
Ponga en los moldes y congele. Yo las guardo individualmente en bolsas Ziploc para que mi hijo las disfrute despues.
Esta receta se puede usar con otras frutas

Salmon dorado
Ingredients
1. 4 salmon fillets with skin on
2. Sea salt and ground pepper
3. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4. Pinch of ground, cinnamon
Directions
Get the mixture of sea salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and cinnamon on both sides of each salmon fillet.
Heat canola oil in a large saute pan. Add the salmon, skin side down, and cook until skin is browned (around 4 minutes), flip salmon and continue to cook until the desired doneness (around 3 minutes for medium-rare).
Serve with steamed vegetables
Pan-Seared Salmon
VERSION EN ESPAÑOL
Ingredientes
1. 4 filetes de salmón con piel
2. Sal marina y pimienta en polvo
3. ¼ cucharada de pimienta cayena
4. Una pisca de canela en polvo
Direcciones
Ponga la mezcla de la sal marina, pimienta en polvo, pimienta cayena y canela en cada lado de los filetes de salmón
Caliente aceite de canola en una cacerola. Agregue el salmón con la piel hacia abajo y cocine hasta que la piel este dorada (como 4 minutos). Voltee el salmón y continúe cocinando hasta que esté listo (como 3 minutos para término medio)
Servir con vegetales al vapor
